Can we choose our own caterer?
Yes, all caterers are welcome
What about liquor?
You are required to hire a (liquor) licensed bartending company, if your caterer doesn’t provide this service we can offer referrals.
What about clean up?
A clean up fee is included in your contract – Roadhouse staff will clean after your event
Who does the set up?
The Roadhouse staff will set up tables and chairs to your specifications
How late can my event last?
12:00am
How much time is allowed for setup or decorating?
A minimum of 2 hours, however we will work with you to allow ample time for set up
Are there limits to decorations we can use?
We do not allow glitter or confetti type decorations
What about parking?
We have ample, gated parking
What is your capacity?
150 is preferred, however we can seat up to 170 for sit down dinner events. For mixers or concerts up to 200 guests (standing)
