**Full rental fee is due 30 days prior to the event**
Security Deposit: $500.00 Reservation/Damage deposit, due at booking (non-refundable if event is cancelled).
Additional charges
- Tablecloth/Linens $200-$300
- Food services (not catering) Chafing dishes, plates, silverware, cups, etc $100-$400
- Dependent on number of guests
- One security person included in venue pricing, events with over 100 guests or serving alcohol may require additional security.
- Security $30 per hr
We allow a 2-hour window prior to your event for setup and decorating; we do however understand the occasional need for additional time and are happy to accommodate your needs. We also will have staff available to assist with coordinating vender arrival and setup.
